Surya Technologies offers a variety software licensing models that customers can choose from, for maximum flexibility. Here are the typical models that have worked well for customers over the years:
- Permanent object-code licenses, which allows customers to incrementally purchase additional licenses as needed.
- Annual object-code licenses, which allows customers to purchase short-term licenses (minimum licensing period is one year) to meet peak usage needs during critical projects and tapeouts.
- Customers can combine permanent and annual licenses to meet their specific needs.
- Source-code (technology) licenses for any or all of Surya’s technologies, which are appropriate for EDA companies that want to integrate Surya’s technologies into their products, and for customers who want to develop in-house tools and applications.
Support and software maintenance are available for all of the license categories (minimum support period is one year). Custom products are also normally licensed and supported using the above models.
